MURDER UNCHAINED

A good mystery requires characters that you can identify with and it needs a plausable plot. In “Murder Unchained” Douglas Hall plays with the reader, sets things up so it seems a certain character is the killer when in fact he is not. It’s a wicked game between author and reader. At 93 there is no sign that Hall is slowing down. You would think that by now he would have writer’s block. However he continues to deliver hit after hit.
